My name is Eldisa. I’m a working mom and lead a not for profit organization ( http://www.icla.co). In my institute, we provide advice and expertise in  activities related to civil society , business consultancy , we conduct researches, we carry out evaluation and monitoring processes for various institutions profit and not profit as well as public institutions as well as we provide policy recommendations for institutional development and reforms in Governance at central and local level.

We live in Tirana, Albania and travel a lot abroad, when we have time and opportunities. I’m married with two boys.

Cooking is my passion and where I feel relaxed. I love cooking for my family and friends. If I’m not working, I like cooking. And If I’m working, I still like to make a little break to cook something quickly.

The home feels home when all the house has that amazing aromas of something being cooked at home……
