Oh by the way, when you peel quinces and take out the heart ( strong part in the middle with seeds), don’t dispose them. You can put them in a pot with some water, one stick of cinnamon, few slices of ginger, and 2-3 cloves and boil them for about 10 min. Mmmm healthy tea for the winter time and nice aroma at home
