Tarte brisee ( made with brisee dough), fresh green onions and leftovers in the kitchen ( I had some red peperoni ( fresh 2 pcs) and some green beans ( frozen a hand full) and some slices of salami. Make brisee dough and bake it. When done, mix lightly souted green onions in olive oil, milk, eggs, some white cheese ( feta) , Pour in the tart the mixture. Decorate with green beans, peperoni and salami and bake it ( 150 grade Celsius – for about 25 min. Add as you like some grated yellow cheese, ginger, white pepper, other herbs like thyme.
